1953 Philco AM/ Special Services Radio Model 53-950

This is an unrestored, as found 1953 Philco AM/ Special Services Radio Model 53-950..
The cabinet is in good condition with only minor scratches and scuffs. This is a pretty unique radio as it has a special services band in addition to the AM band. The radio does not power up and will need to be serviced by a qualified radio technician.
This radio will be properly packed to protect it from physical damage during shipping. I have NEVER had an issue with physical damage during shipping in all my years of selling fragile antique electronics. Though due to the age of this radio, and the nature of vintage tube radios, I cannot guarantee that it will arrive functioning in the same manner, as when I shipped it, since vibrations in shipping can affect the electronics. This seldom is the case, but it can happen. Therefore, it is being sold as is, for restoration, repair, or parts, without warranty and returns are not accepted.
