Description

RCA Victor 66X1 Short Wave Radio.
The radio powers on and it does receive a signal, but the channel tuning dial is not connected so you cannot adjust tuning. The volume/on dial works and the radio plays after the tunes have warmed up. The third knob on the right is the am band changer and that does work as well. The unit has some wear and discoloration in spots as shown in pics. The grill cloth is in good condition and the bakelite housing doesn’t have any chips or cracks. The power cable is old and worn but the wire is not exposed that i can see. It is delicate though and will need replacement. Im not sure if the front display is supposed to be illuminated, but if it is supposed to it doesn’t work. Most likely a burnt out bulb.
