ART DECO GE TUBE RADIO - General Electric - Vintage - great design quality

so this came in from a radio collectors estate, he collected radios for their cabinets , he did not care if they worked,  he liked the style, the look , the design of them....
This has a great design, art deco, No cracks at all.  the cabinet is very nice , but bit dull.  I am not sure how you polish bakelite, But I am sure there is a way to bring  the luster back.   I do not see a model number.
I plugged it in, it did get a station , tuned, but has a decent hum to it, not crazy loud, but loud.  I unplugged it.   Being sold as-is, for repair.
