Car Seat Rail Bolt Mount And Mic Holder for Icom ID-5100 IC-2730

Description

This is the 23" version of our LM-300 with our new mic holder design.
This mount can be installed in just a few minutes as long as you have access to the seat rail mount on the passenger or drivers seat. Just loosen the bolt, slide the metal bracket that comes with this mount under the seat rail mount and tighten back down.
The shaft is made of an aluminum gooseneck style so you can adjust it to get the perfect view of your Icom transceiver.
You can attach our 4 holes amps adapter plate to the remote head bracket that comes with the remote kit from Icom. You will need the MBA-2 if you have the ID-5100. Icom is now offering the MBA-2 as an included accessory in their deluxe version the ID-5100D. If you have the IC-2730 you will need the MBA-5. Both are Icom parts and can be purchased from Icom or an Icom dealer or here on E-bay. Please note these remote brackets are not included with this offer.
This offer also includes the mic holder, which is a must in my opinion. A very nice feature of our new mic holder is that it can be installed or taken off in just a few seconds and is a great solution if you need a quick mounting solution for a rail or handlebars. It is nice to have a great solution for your remote head, but most mounts don't include a place for  your mic....this one does.
The mount is 23" in length and the shaft is made of aluminum, and it has a metal base not plastic like the 18" version sold by others on e-bay
