Description
○ In the mid-1960s, amateur radio shifted from AM to SSB. Reflecting that time, the familiar SSB FL-50 (transmitter) and set FR-50 (receiver) were pre-sold. The famous Showa machine “YSESU FR-50B” sold as an improved version was renovated for several months about 10 years ago and stored as a collection.
○ Recently, almost no quality products have been seen. Recommended for enthusiasts.
○ We are waiting for the bid of those who know the value of this product and who can use it forever.
○ The exhibition is only the main body and English manual (downloaded copy product).
Main restore contents
○ The metal cover is in good condition, so it is original (with slight color spots and scratches)
○ The built-in speaker is original.
○ The main body was disassembled to the level of one screw and ultrasonically cleaned.
○ The hardware was re-plated (similar colors) as much as possible.
○ The screws were replaced with new old JIS types.
○ Volume, electrolytic capacitor, resistor, pilot lamp, rubber packing, etc. were replaced with new ones as much as possible.
○ The main dial decoration center aluminum escutcheon was replaced with a new one.
○ A protective vinyl cover was hung on the front panel.
○ Optimized sensitivity and memory alignment.

○ Nearly ten years have passed since the completion of this exhibit. When I checked the continuous operation for 2 hours prior to the exhibition, I was concerned about the following two points.
1) There is a slight shift in the reception memory (may be a limit)
2) 100KHz crystal marker signal is weak at 14M or higher (estimated not bad)
