Gorgeous Single Washington Passenger Vehicle License Plate YOM Legal 1983-1986

I think this plate is NOS. I don’t see any signs of it being on a vehicle. If it not NOS that’s ok too! Because it’s a beautiful plate either way. This style is correct for 1983-1986. It has NO cracks and NO extra holes! It does have 3 scrape/dents on the back at the top. You can only see them on the front if you turn the plate in the right light. Otherwise you can’t see these. It has Beautiful color and gloss. This would be an awesome finishing touch on your 83-84-85-86. Its 100% legal for YOM use! Please look at all the pictures closely they are part of the description!
