Warranty & Return Policy
All items are covered by Caegis Electronics standard 30-day warranty.
Customers may return an Item for repair, replacement, or refund within 30 days of the purchase date if the Item fails to operate due to hardware malfunction. We cannot be responsible for malfunctions caused by user operation of software installed by customer post sale. Included batteries of any kind, including laptop batteries, are not covered by this warranty, but may be returned for proper reuse or recycling with equipment that is returned for the above-mentioned reasons.
In the event of a return due to Item malfunction, we will attempt to repair the malfunction; if the malfunction cannot be repaired, we will properly recycle the unit and attempt to replace the Item with a unit of identical or comparable specifications; if the Item cannot be replaced, We will refund the purchase price. We cannot be obligated to take any action other than those listed above in the event of a return. We cannot be responsible for any loss of time, data, or funds that you may incur or believe you may have incurred as a result of purchasing or using one of our Items. We shall not be obligated to transfer data from a failed computer to a replacement computer without monetary compensation. In the event that there are unfixable problems with your item(s) or components of your item(s), we ask that they be returned to us for proper recycling.
