ICOM IC-781 With Original Manual and Sherwood Fan Mod

The reason I'm selling this transceiver for parts is because the spectrum scope does not work. The screen is perfectly fine (no burn in!) and displays all pertinent information, but I suspect there's an issue with the scope unit, which I currently don't have a replacement for. it's easy to get to and I don't see any obvious issues, like swollen caps. That's as far as I'm willing to take it! (I have a replacement 781 on its way- don't especially need two.)
The transceiver will come with rack handles, which alone gor for a ridiculous price on eBay. No clue why. The original manual is also included. The binding on it is loose, but it's all there.
The attenuation buttons could benefit from a little Deoxit, which I may apply before I pack it up. I'll update if I do.
Please note- I don't (yet) have my license, so I cannot test this transceiver but I do have a dummy load and if there's anything you want tested and included in a video, please let me know. I want to be as forthcoming as possible, but keep in mind- it's being sold "for parts," so there are no returns. The gentleman I bought it from was a Ham who vouched for it's fully-functioning operation in that respect. Plus, he had a great ebay rating. Photos are of the actual item being sold.
