Overall good condition. Some edge wear from storage.
Needs a rewire as plug has been cut. So sold as is. An easy fix for next buyer and safety.
There seems to be an area of sign on the right of “fort Pitt special beer” section that has touch up green paint - unsure if this is a factory touch up or someone did overtime - well done
