Long Rod and Flat Top Piston Combo
Economical kit can that produces significant more HP more than the stock rod & piston. Kit uses special long length rod and custom flat-top piston so that it fits a stock bore in a GX390 without any machining or boring.
Includes Piston, Rod, Rings, Bearing, & Wristpin
Piston: Cast Flat Top cut -.100"
Rod: Billet 4.510" rod
Bearing: Tri Metal
Rings: 3 Pc Moly
NOTE: Piston does not have Valve reliefs. Care must be take in cam selection
Note: On used blocks, a light hone may be needed for proper ring seat & bore must be straight)
Slight grinding on crank counterweight or on camshaft may be needed to clear rod.
Warning: You must have a at least .020 between head and piston
