Abuse, incorrect fusing/connection and removal/tampering with the evidence stickers voids all warranties.
Having said that we have a pretty liberal warranty policy, the fact is so few have ever failed it is really a non issue.
These are used radios and will have dings, scratches, previous owner markings and engraving, I clean them up best I can and cull ones that are beat up..
