    We get this question all the time: "Is it tweaked and tuned?" The person with that question is really asking if it is a CB. Notice in our listing we say it is not a CB.
    We are selling this as a new 10 meter radio. It is a federal crime to sell a converted radio, and it is a violation of eBay's TOS to offer one thing (a NEW radio) and ship something else (an altered radio). Yes, it is tuned. All 10 meter radios are tuned to the 10 meter band at the factory. Paying someone to tune it again is a complete waste of money.
