This RCA AM-FM table radio has a beautiful mahogany cabinet with a classic 1950s brass bezel around the dial. The transparent dial ring is edge-lighted by dial lamps on the left and right, for a striking appearance under low lighting conditions. The nine-tube chassis was fully restored in 2013 by its prior owner with all new capacitors, strong tubes, and rebuilt FM IF transformers. This radio has an 8" speaker. The original phono input on the back with its own input setting on the bandswitch provides a very convenient connection for an iPod, CD player, or phonograph. All parts original except the back, which is a reproduction. It is picking up a number of strong stations on AM and FM.
