Vintage FALSTAFF BEER Lighted Advertising Clock - Restore or Parts

Vintage Falstaff Brewing Corp Beer Clock
1950s era, I believe
Size is about 13" x 11"; weight is a little over 6 lbs.
Condition
:  The electric clock will work sometimes - it seems to depend on whether the clock is hanging or laying flat.  The lighted part does not work. The Falstaff Beer logo has been painted over.  Some of that paint has been removed.
