Dated 1979. Overall size is 15 inches wide and 17 inches high, 3.5 inches deep. In working order. Turns on and off by a pull switch at the bottom.  Plastic.  The clock and light are working. There is some scuffing, and damage to the finish at the bottom from poor storage
