VINTAGE SEARS&ROEBUCK SILVERTONE TUBE AM RADIO  BAKELITE CASE?  40's-EARLY 50's

VINTAGE Sears&Roebuck Silvertone AM tube radio. I am listing this item for  a friend so I know nothing about it, it is untested so I am listing as a parts or repair item  When turned on I get static but no clear stations.   I see no cracks in the plastic, which I am told is Bakelite.  It would make a great looking piece just to set on your collector shelf just the way it is or restore it as you see fit. Ask any questions before bidding.
