    Description

    Vintage SWAN Cygnet 270B Single Sideband Ham Radio Transceiver (as is). I had this listed, but after i determined that the final tube had died, i needed to let you know this. It takes a 6LQ6 tube, and then needs alignment. It was output of 100 watts on the lower bands, but went into oscillation on 10 meters, and the tube burnt out before i could get it turned off. I have a Heathkit hand mic for it, and if i find the manual, i will send that with this. The receiver works, and all it needs is a fresh tube and alignment, but i am selling it as is. You can't beat the audio from these old tube rigs!!
