    Vintage, 1950's,  The Country Belle Guild Tube A.M. Vacuum Tube Radio Telephone Model 556. Radio Works intermentally. I opened up, and wiggled tubes and got it going. Sounds loud. But only works  fine if laying down. If you stand up it shuts off. And laying down again it turns on. Works fine for hours once laying down. Something loose inside. Hard to get it going again. Unless we know tubes are good. And sound is good. Please do not aspect a perfect radio. Radio measures 18.5" Tall X 7" Wide X 5.5" Deep, not including front paper holder piece. This piece alone measures 5 3/4" Long. Clock weighs 10 pounds. NOTE: Putting the ear piece on the handle turns Radio off. Designed that way. Keep in mind. This is one of the only Radio working being listed anywhere. NOTICE IN VIDEO, WHEN I RAISE RADIO IT TURNS OFF. OTHERWISE RADIO WORKS FOR HOURS. I WILL TRY MEAN WHILE SEE IF I FIND THE PROBLEM. NO GARAUNTEE THIUGH.
