Zenith Trans-Oceanic L600 Radio in Working Condition

Zenith Trans-Oceanic Model L600 radio.  This unit does work, just no longer want it as part of my collection.  The filter capacitors were replaced by the prior owner and re-stuffed in the original can.  I used this radio with a replacement battery pack (you can find these on e-Bay or there are videos on how to make one), and it plays and sounds great.  I did play it briefly on AC power and it does work, but it does have the original selenium rectifier which should probably be replaced if planning to play on AC power long term (there are kits available that offer simple replacement along with the filter capacitors, or you can simply replace with a diode and dropping resistor if inclined to do so).  Great radio for someone wanting to get started in collecting vintage tube radios or wanting to add to their collection.
